Banana Bread – Karyn Parry
Healthier Recipe: (Recipe for three loaves)
Mix together
3/4 cup butter
1 cup of sugar
9 bananas
Mix together
3/4 cup of milk
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
4 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
6 cups of flour
Add together and grease pans bake at 350 for 1 hour.

I guess it is the chocolate chips that make this a healthier recepie, RIGHT?
